im eyeing a 1968 dart dash pad on ebey in rough shape. will it fit a 70 dart? i was gonna buy it then buy a cap for it cause its cheaper that way. my car doesnt have a dash pad right now.

no, 68 is a one year only piece and uses a lower pad also, The ends are different.
