well its been over 2 years now and the Motown Missile is still not returned to the Krisner family.
How long does an estate take to be settled?
this has been a sore spot witrh me since i had a car stolen from me a few years ago and it was a nightmare getting it back.

Sorry to hear this but most probate courts are through the states and every state handle's things differently. Generally they like to see things settled in a year but if there is a dispute, it can go on forever.
