Windshield wiper arms and headlamps

On my 1971 Scamp are the windshield wiper arms supposed to be chrome or polished? Mine are dull silver and I don't think they look right.

On my particular year are there any distinguishable marks on the headlamps from the factory? I'm just trying to decide if these are stock or not. 68,000 miles It's possible for them not to have been changed.

The wiper arms are supposed to be a lack luster finish stainless. There's a ebay seller who polishes them to a bright finish for resale if thats what you like.
