Windshield Wipers

Ok so I figured something weird out today. If I don't turn the engine over my wipers work just fine but with the engine running they start to stutter. I have greased them inside and out. I have also changed the fuse. Can anybody suggest where to look? I am thinking maybe resistance in the line?

sounds like the motor is having some issues, maybe not getting enough voltage or something

Any suggestion where to find a new switch?

I took my switch out and cleaned it and everything seems to be good now. Is there any interest in understanding what I did to clean the switch?
