wiper linkage help

Ok I got the items I thought I needed to hook up my wiper linkage to the motor on the 72 but still missing something???What am I missing??
Pics show my wiper setup and what I have.

I think the plastic ones are where the bars meet the wiper pivots. Here is what I have at the wiper motor on a 72 Duster. It different than the 73 I have.

The blue smaller one is what is on my 73 Dart Sport. It has the plastic piece, but not the 72.

The mystery deepens.....
