wiper plug wirring question?

Hi i am putting my car together and I have a question on wirring plug for wipers?
I had to find another dash cluster and it came complete with wiper switch and light switch. Not sure what it came out of?It is a 120MPH speedo.
Anyway the under dash wirring came out of a 73 Dart sport. So when I went and hooked it all up and put power to it the wipers came on and made a wierd buzzing. I took another look at how it plugs into the wiper switch.
The plug that plugs into the switch has 6 wires and the one that doesnt go anywhere is brown ( Maybe a washer wire???)
when the plug is plugged in the switch has one bare contact all by its self??
I am pretty sure you can only plug these in one way?
So I guess I need to know is this the right switch for my car?And is the brown wire for the washer? I also need to know, is do they make a wiper switch with the washer in the same switch??
Ok heres the big question if its a switch I need does anybody have one?
I went to Lordco auto parts and they say you cant buy any kind of wiper switch for any Abody???
Please Help???

I'm not an expert on wipers, but at least some of them have a ground circuit involved with the switching. You need to find out if you have two or three speed wipers, might post a pic of the motor.
