Wiring A 318 Magnum

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO WIRE A 318 MAGNUM INTO A EARLY A I WANT FUEL INJECTION AND ALL DONT NEED AC OR POWER STEERING AND IT WILL BE A 4 SPEED PLEASE HELP I WORK IN A JUNKYARD AND COULD PROBABLY GET ALL THE STUFF JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW TO DO IT. I believe there is a book for swapping in a mag motor with fuel injection. I think it's published by Mopar Performance, or HP Books.

I know that Street and Perfromance sells a harness that will cut down on all of the crap you don't need and makes the swap alot easier. Their # is
479 394-5711. Give them a call they can help you out. Trying to use a stock harness is a pain in the a$$.

Thanks some one told be a 1993 motor needs to use a dakota flywheel because og the crank sensor for tyhe ignition is this true how do i get around that

if you are using the fuel inj. you don't that is where the timing and the pulse for the injectors come from.

so if i dont have it it wont know when to open the injectors or i dont need it for anything

You need it. It will tell the computer where the #1 cylinder is and how and when to fire the injectors.
