Need help from the group! Trying to get everything figured out for my Autometer gauge kit for my 73 Duster before removal to make everything go efficiently. What did you guys tap into for your 12v+ switch sourch for wires going to the gauge circuit board and what ground did you tap into as well? Below is what I have and have not figured out so far to tap into for gauge kit utilizing the existing factory wire setup. Hopefully this helps others too. Will update post as I get answers.

Dont Know
12v+ switch source ?
Grounding wire?
Left Turn Signal dash light ?
Right Turn Signal dash light ?
High beam indicator light?

What I know
Temp Sender -Violet
Oil Pressure Sender - Gray
Fuel Sender- Dark Blue
Emergency Brake Light/Low Brake - Black
Voltmeter- bypass ammeter series setup
Dash Gauge Lights- Orange
Tachometer- plugs into my MSD 6AL

Best plan is pull your OEM inst' panel and study that circuit board. One switched hot wire feeds brake warning lamp, oil warning lamp, and gauge voltage limiter.

First thing to do is go to MyMopar and download the 73 factory shop manual. Look at the pages past the diagrams. There are charts there with drawings of the various connectors, and "where they are" in the car

Here as example are screenshots of the instrument cluster connector and the column turn signal connector. Notice the branched off light green and the tan. These are the front left and right signal wires. One wire of each goes from there to the bulkhead connector and out to the front lighting harness. The other branch leads up to the cluster to the dash indicators. Now look at the pc board connector. Just match the wire number/ colors and there you are
