Wiw? Dart parts

There's a guy locally selling 70 Dart grille and left front fender.
He said the grille is almost perfect and the fender needs a little rust repair on the bottom,it also still has the cap on the end of it.
I told him i would stop tomorrow to look at them and make him an offer.

What would these parts be worth if he as nice as he claims?
I have a pretty good idea i just want some of your opinions.
He also said he has a FACTORY 70 Go-wing he's willing to part with.

A decent grill for a 70 Dart ought to be worth $150 and the fender, with a little rust at the dog leg, maybe $100. You can probably deal. I've got no idea what the wing is worth, $300 maybe??
