WTB:13"/14" Small Bolt Wheels & Tires in SF Bay Area

I am looking for a set (4) 13" or 14" wheels and tires to put on a car as rollers. The tires can be worn just as long as they hold air. I am looking for something local in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am willing to purchase them (if they are reasonable) or trade. TIA.
