wtb 400 block and 440 crank

I'm looking for a 400 block and steel 440 crank I can cut to fit 400 block so crank can be a messed up one as long as it cleans up.
these parts will be for a handicap racer( look for, look no hands. in the racing board) so any help would be appreciated big time, I working off a small budget. Im located in Va. I can travel around va, nc area and pick up items.
