Sure. Not true dual, but you can split it off into two.

You can cut it ahead of the Y and split off in two runs, but I wouldn't do it. It's really not a good idea, I have seen it done though. Problem is you have to cobble everything together and you end up with leaks and a mess.
If you want a dual exhaust go to a shop and have them run a dual from the manifold back.

I know I'm right....
Branch off to duals again off the the split, poor mans X pipe! Would cost the same as true duals I bet.
