just looking for pros and cons, easy of use, durability, cost factor of different products to coat my floor pan and trunk.

I was just looking into the same thing. Got very confused to many options out there. I got a catilog from "Eastwood" in the mail a few days ago. They have a lot of rust products that look good. I have also hered people talking about some thing called POR15.

I just a product called Zero Rust. Went on pretty smooth with a brush and dried in about 49 - 72 hours to a rock hard finish.

Ya! Thats the place. They have a lot of good stuff.
My father has a trailer he uses to haul yard waste and stuff like that. It was home made out of sheet steel and was solid surface rust. I used their Rust Converter/Rust Encapsulator/Chassis Black combination on it over 2 years ago and it still looks good. Well, it looks as good as a flat black home made sheet steel trailer is going to look.
