Search for Bluetooth Amplifier on Amazon. You connect it to 12v and your car speakers and play music through your phone. You don’t need to use your radio at all. Mount it under the dash or seat with Velcro.
You can buy them from about $30 up. I bought two of the blue ones and they work great. Much cheaper than a retro sounds or one of those other brands that are rumored to only last about a year.
