318 from '81 Imperial as donor

I have an '81 Imperial that's not worth much, but the 318 engine is good. I am looking to donate it to a '72 Scamp V-8 car. Both have 904 transmissions. Is this a straight bolt-on? What wiring problems am I looking at?

The 81 likely has a lean burn system. If it does you will want to ditch the distributor and carb off the 81 and use the ones on your 72. Also, the motor mounts on the 72 will need to be swapped over to the 81 motor. Other than that it will be a straight forward swap.
