Ok . I see some good ideas here. But I went a different way. My motor is an 07 that has been sitting since 08. In 2010 I replaced the oil pan left it dry. On Monday last I pulled the plugs and poured some marvel oil in the cyl. This Monday I turned it by hand a few turns, drained what went past the rings closed the pan. Bought a twenty dollar garden weed sprayer,
Removed the spray nozzle and tip. After removing both plugs the end fits fairly tight. Left off filter. Cut back the feed line on sprayer on an angle about two inches. Poured in oil pumped it up pushed in hole pulled trigger. After about 2 minutes oil was coming out where the filter goes so installed the filter. Proceeded to fill for about 30 seconds oil started back feeding from hole. Installed sensor. Removed plug and did the same to top hole. Took about two minutes before oil was bleeding back. Replaced plug. Today I turned it about ten turns by hand, hooked up a pressure gauge, power to the starter. It took less the 5 seconds oil flowing and 30 lbs.
So twenty dollar pump and less then a half hours work.
