Definitely! My buddy’s Chevelle has been 1.28 60’ and I’m gunning for him with 5.40s so I’ve got a long way to go for sure.bet you’d love my 1.24 60 as much as I’d love that 9mph
What are the details of the car? pics?

I havent posted on here in a while. Car has gotten some upgrade. Went high 8s in the quarter and I think I posted those times. Car got an all aluminum big chevy for a season. Built that engine and it just went 8.8x at 152 in a 3700lb chevelle na.. pretty proud of that but I sold it and it helped me get into a hemi. When I ran it my car weighed 2640lbs and I was spraying 550 at the hit with an IS sledgehammer plate. It went 1.11 60ft.
So last season I put together a turbo hemi combo. 526 kb block, Dart fuel heads, Bryant crank, grp rods. Single set of injectors, methanol, twin 88s, s400 frame. Holley hp ecu and went 174mph in the 1/8 at 2940lbs.

Now that’s helpin out!
Some still seem to do so.
These “How to” threads were put up in order to help out and it’s amazing how it’s like pulling teeth for simple information.

nothing special, crazy cost, rare parts, or computer tuned. lots of testing, tuning, driving and hard work. I know some of the parts are questionable, but this combo has been going on 3 years. 9.88 @ 136 I think with better 60ft, E85 conversion maybe, or converter change 9.60's are doable. I didn't list everything or more tuning spec, set up's,etc but feel free to ask. not the fastest, but fast for what it is!!!!!! ill post some pics later
thanks,motorcity magnum
Seriously I need to go look at my notes from 3 years ago. When I first put this combo together I made about a dozen passes on motor. Ever since it’s all or nothing when I stage. Sounds weird but it worked for me. 11.50’s-11.70’s I think? Not sure on mph. Ill dig thru my notes tomorrow. Maybe time for motor only pass?..what will it run without nitrous.
