Maybe it's just because I've lived on the west coast all my life, but I find it very interesting that the 2024 college football championship game is between two teams that would have played each other in a traditional PAC12/BIG10 Rose Bowl matchup: Washington vs. Michigan.
Now the PAC12 is gone and both of these teams will be in the BIG10 starting next year.
