best quality fiberglass hood

I am thinking of doing a lift off hood for my Dodge. I would like to start with a flat 70-72 style Dart hood cut it out for a modified 6 pack (cutting out the front and painting it black to make it look like Dick Landy's, the hood will be body color) bolt on scoop. I want to know who makes the best "out of the box" fiberglass hood. My body guy says it should have minimal ripples and will not need to be filed to fit. Has anybody used GlassTech or US Bodies? Or are there better brands? Thanks

HI I use stinger fiferglass it fit great and all we did is block it and paint

Whats your expectation for fit and finish? I've never had a fiberglass part even come close to fitting like OEM.

for our 70 Dart

When we went on a road trip to pick up the parts

I asked about the merge

owner said its the same workers making the parts
just different location

I bought mine from AAR in like 1998 at Indy swap meet. I can't imagine it being any better quality unless it was already color matched. It was flawless.
