Dont want standard electrical tape
Nor black plastic loom
Thanks

I bought some either on amazon or ebay. Non adhesive wrapping tape. It worked great and looks like the factory job.

I got this stuff from Amazon. Looks pretty good to me. My wrapping technique could use improving lol.

The wrap from Painless contracts tight to the wires that are in it. It also opens to add more wires or to repair them. Its like a spring loaded wrap. If I can find a piece in the shop I'll post it. It comes in different diameters but expands and contracts on its own as needed

Techflex F6, if you don't need it to look original. It stands up well to temperature and I even accidentally had an antifreeze spill ignite on it without causing any damage. The one problem is that it soaks up oil and other liquid.

Thank you for all your replies. I've been sidetracked with other stuff for the past couple weeks. I'm going to swing by Napa, & if they don't have anything, then I'll do an amazon order. I had some from amazon that I used during the interior work, but it was kind of cloth based & wasn't sure how well that would hold up under the hood.

Old harnesses I just clean up with black hockey tape. Looks clean... doesn't go to goo like electrical tape.

The factory used non adhesive black vinyl tape.

Regular electrical tape makes me want to murder someone
