I am looking for an engine builder in the Houston/Fort Bend area. I know about some of the performance engine builders, but I am looking for someone to build my '68 model 340 with just a little bit of extra "umph" without going to a race engine setup. When completed, my car will be a cruiser so I want power to show off but still be easy to run on the street without having to constantly tweak. Have any of you used anyone local that you can highly recommend? Reliability in the final product is a must. I'm not getting any younger, and I don't want any worries that it's going to fire up and run smoothly when I hit the ignition.
