Hey guys,

Working on finishing up the 360 magnum swap in my 1971 Plymouth Scamp. Need to find an air cleaner that fits. Those of you with similar setups; what’re you running for an air cleaner?

Thanks

Just use the metal Magnum air cleaner from a Dakota or van (V6 and V8 both used them). Believe it or not, it fits.
They are also able to use a fresh air inlet hose. Some have the decal, some don't. Some even have a manifold heat stove on the snorkel.

If for some reason you do have hood clearance issues, the air bonnet from a Magnum Jeep/Durango gives extra clearance and allows you to mount a cone filter wherever you want it.

The best part is that they're both junkyard cheap.

I just used the 68 - 69 unsilenced air cleaner I had on my carbureted LA setup. I think I have a 3 inch air filter in there. The kegger intake is a lot taller than a carb intake, but the throttle body is very short so it kind of balances out. Not a great picture, but this is all I have right now.
