Haha cause everyone hates them, but in my experience they shipped that sucker out that same week. No complaints here. That ain't bad! I didn't realize Clifford had them available.

Correct. It will also take the first generation Rochester four barrel. The "4Jet".Offy first offered that manifold back when there were still WCFB four barrels around, and it will take a WCFB four barrel as is. Maybe some early AFB's, too (I remember the hi-po 273's carb base had extra holes so it could mount to the 273's intake). You need the adapter for a modern AFB, Edelbrock or Holley - all of which have a larger base bolt pattern.
Those old WCFB's didn't flow many CFM's and they would actually work pretty well on a slant six if you could find a good one.
I'm pretty sure the throttle bores in the OP's manifold have been opened up. Been a while since I had the carb off mine for a look see.
Ya, but where could u even find a fair priced Roch.Correct. It will also take the first generation Rochester four barrel. The "4Jet".
There are a lot of decent priced ones on ebay. I'd get a two barrel adapter and run a holley 350 or 500.Ya, but where could u even find a fair priced Roch.
But what I really like to get is a 350 or 400 cfm blow thru carb that I use with or without a turbo
I have a weber on there nowGreat carb, blow through or not
New Carburetor 38*38 2 Barrel For Fiat Renault Ford VW Dodge Toyota Pickup Jeep | eBay
Pretty close to 400cfm(supposedly, 2 bbl rating).
This is the synchronous barrel "DGAS Weber" clone. Night and day improvement vs the progressive DGV, especially under boost
I have one on a blow through 4cyl at the moment. Kick down on a slant might be a challenge
Can I blow thru this carb ?Is that the 32/36? That's a really good carb and easy to work on. I had some issues with the 32/36 under boost but great otherwise
Wow, that is sweetYes, I've had mine at 8. Supposedly they're good to 15-20. You'll need the nitrophyl floats, which it probably already has. If not I can send you a set
We had one o them, blasting out a tri-Y set up. Fun car , drove it to bike week, in 90, Late at night, man, we had fun!Same one I run on Vixen.
What type or size turbo would u recommend ?The shipping to HI might change your mind about wanting them
Here they are with free shipping,

We've had nothing but fun with this car so far. I could have left it stock and still be havin fun.We had one o them, blasting out a tri-Y set up. Fun car , drove it to bike week, in 90, Late at night, man, we had fun!
I've done turbo 4 bangers, no slants, so I'm sure there are others that will chime in. However, for simplicity I'd do a cheap Ebay T3/T4 hybrid with integral wastegate and V band exhaust. The one below is on the small side, but great for a daily driver and is what I have. What type or size turbo would u recommend ?
My exhaust is already modified for a turbo
I just need to find a simple set up
I need one of those, I wanna so bad change my 1 bbl set-up to the 4 bbl, and I'm in possession of a good turbo to top it off.I can't find any info on this mani I just bought
Looks small for my 225 but was "supposedly" on a 73 Duster
Also not sure on what adapter I will need
Mahalo for any info, C
Wanted to put in my 68 Valiant
