started with laying the top unfolded over a table in the full sun. helped more with the wrinkles. I then placed it on the top of the dart and lined up the seams by a measure from the drip rail to the seam on both sides of the front and from the drip rail about a foot back, then another foot etc....

Great article. If it's OK to add something, I used one of those wheeled tools you get for pushing the cord into screen doors when you replace torn screens. The wheel is maybe a little wider than 1/8 inch, works like a pizza cutter without cutting, and gets in the grooves pretty good.

Nice job. I know this post is kinda old but if you see this I have a question. Do you think this could be done with the windshield and back window installed? If so, how about if the stainless trim is in place? Would that make it easier to tuck into or impossible because glue would be impossible to apply on the opening? Thanks
