Wiper Arms Assembly : RETAINING CLIP

I'm still working out the bugs on my Dart and the right wiper arm does not work due to a lost retaining clip that keeps the wiper arm on the rod of the motor. Anyone have one? Anyone know if this is an OTC part somewhere? I'd rig one up but I am trying to keep this mopar correct. Thanks
