1965 Dodge Dart Charger

-
Special congratulations from an Australian member to you. I have followed your wonderful build thread, like so many, and I am in awe of what you have achieved - well done mate!

Hats off and congrats to the remarkable acheivement Ulf, this is a truly astonishing piece of art you created and to bring it back to US to beat them all. Very well done.

During the judging Johan and I met up with an old friend from the WPC Museum in Detroit, Igor Gronowish. A very nice guy that worked and stayed at Chrysler for his career. Now he have groups at the museum every now and then.

Let me add my congratulations as well. What a great story with a great ending.....and it was all documented right here on FABO!

I would like to add my congratulations as well. What a triumph! I owned a 1965 Dart Charger with a 273 and a 4-speed back in 1978. I didn't know what I had at the time. It brings back a lot of memories of our "first date car." Well done, Sir.

Good to hear from another former Dart Charger owner.

Thanks for all gratulation. It feels great now when the car is done.

We vent searching for the FABO tent at Carlisle but could not find it. Will there be a FABO tent at the Nats? We met some FABO members Dave and Tim, Robert as well as many others I can't remember their names!

Working on the last issues before talking off to US for the Mopar Nats. Looking forward to see all the FABO members over there. We did some searching at Carlisle but no tent.

Also interesting to be part of the OE judging at the Nats. Here is the judging place at Carlisle.

Absolutely beautiful work you have done!!!!

Hey Ulf congratulations!

Thanks for spending time with me on Saturday morning. I took the liberty of crawling under your car when you weren't looking and took a bunch of pictures because my 64 Val is stripped ready for reassembly. It was carpeted under there too.

Well Ulf you have managed to make your car look as if it just rolled out of the assembly line. It almost looks like a Life size Model Car.

Such an awesome story. Fantastic job on the car. Congrats.

Wow Ulf, you are going to need on other container for all of your trophies! Congratulations!
