Local HDK customer and longtime friend, Here are pics of John Curtis's just completed rotisserie restored '69 440 Dart Swinger.

440 cu in, TTi 2" headers and 3" exhaust, 4-speed trans, "Thumpr" cam, Holley Street Dominator intake, Edelbrock heads, aluminum radiator, Wilwood disc brakes and master cylinder, 15x5 & 15&9 aluminum slots with 275/60-15 rears, Complete HDK front end with power steering.

Who ever pulls up along side is in for a surprise. Bet its a runner too!
 
With offset spring hangers, the 275/60-15's on 15x9's leave a nice footprint.

The engine seems very healthy and happy.

the best part is....John did it all in his personal shop / rear garage behind his house....ALL paint , ALL metal repair, All mechanical....you name it, he did it. He even found time to rebuild the aluminum case A833 for the Flash restoration.

I agree very nice job! thats takes a lot of talent and patience! looks super nice!
 
He has had some practice....this makes his third one, the other two were he had in the early to mid 70's. The first one was totaled before I met him in 71....I think it involved a tree in one way or another.
