I probably wont be spraying tomato juice on my garage walls and door but thanks for the idea lol. Sulfur is what we are dealing with. Internet says bleach. The sooner the better. Use those hot tub or swimming pool tablets if you need it on humans or dogs.
I averaged about 20% on supplemental repairs. Some of the jobs were 80 hours or more. Rarely did they go over 100 hours.
When my dog got sprayed , I use 1 qt. hydrogen peroxide , 1/4 cup baking soda 2 tsp of liquid soap in warm water. Not as messy as tomato juice.
Yeah they sure grow up fast Fred. One minute you're bringing them home the next thing you know you're walking them down the isle and then the grandkids come along.
It hasn't been easy for her but she takes the bull by the horns and no push over but such a kind person. Proud as hell of her.
Yeah that time clock can be your friend if you play it right. As soon as something goes wrong like a rusted bolt you punch off and punch back on for the repair time. Learned that one way way back.

I got to be the preacher and marry my oldest doughtier to her husband.
My father in law walked her up the isle and we both were in tears.
Now 9 kids later she still is my little girl and love her so much.

Even better now the insurance adjusters never come look at the damage because of the virus, so just send them pictures.

Yea Fred poor girl , the skunk was on the other side of the fence , but she rushed it and it sprayed her through the fence , right in the eyes! And of course everything happens late at night so I had to find a drug store open 24 Hrs to get peroxide .
Poor Heidi I bet she was in the dog house that night.
Bad thing about skunk spray is even if it misses you the smell will smell up the hole yard and house if the windows are open.

My buddy had a bunch in his drive way shot one with a 22 , said he would never do that again...lol

I trapped one in my garage one night. I remembered to close the garage door about 2 in the morning and trapped it in there. It was like three days later I was in the garage and noticed the scat. I did not know it was a skunk. I started poking around. I have a big bench/cabinet in the garage that is about six inches off the floor. I had my flashlight and was looking under that cabinet when we became virtually nose to nose. I could see the scars on it's nose. It could not spray being under that bench. They need to lift their tail. It just stared at me as I did it. I started wondering if it was a pet. I guess they do make pets of them.
Next I got out the Haveahart live trap. First try, it tripped the mechanism from the outside I presumed. Next I blocked the mechanism from being triggered but still could not trap it. I got up early one morning and looked through the window and could see it circling the baited trap. Damn it had to be hungry. Tuna fish and watermelon was on the menu. No go. That weekend I started poking at it and then it happened. It sprayed between 2 pieces of sheet rock. I was still finishing the drywall work. Then it dawned on me... DUMMY, leave the door open. Minutes later my wife yells it's under the bird feeder. BOOM, 410 does it's job. I threw the sheetrock away with its yellow gooey stink on it and cleaned the slab with CLR. It smelled like fresh concrete after that.
