See, that's' where you're wrong. Pointing out mistakes is one thing, but you come out both barrels a blazin' spouting off a bunch of crap. As RRR mentions, your only purpose in participating was to bash the guy, period. As I pointed out, you did it without any real evidence other than he hurt YOUR feelings...

And for clarification to those who dont understand, it's not "shitting" on someone to point out mistakes and flaws, or to have a different opinion, and getting all butt hurt and making ridiculous threats are childish and only make you look like a close minded internet bully. Everyone makes mistakes, myself included, so keep a open mind and learn something.

I dont have my feelings hurt. I pointed out he took parts he damaged (possibly from incompetence) back to the store and got a refund. That's a shyster move in my opinion. He is the one who put that in his video, not me. Your upset, I get that, but you feel like he is somehow beyond reproach, that's kinda interesting.

Ok, this was non of yours or anyone else's business, but I'll explain to you so you'll understand why I am defensive of Tony and Kathy. Maybe you remember several years ago, Kitty and I were on some really hard times. We didn't know if we were going to lose the house or what was coming. After Kitty's four heart attacks and stroke, we had piles of medical bills. Our only income at that time was social security.

Tony offered for me to ride to Tennessee and fill my truck AND trailer slam full of car parts to sell. Totally selfless offer. Although I was not in a position to even take him up on it, the offer was genuine. They are good people. Perhaps better than good, yet all you can do is talk down about them and anything they do. He'd literally give someone the shirt off his back.

No, I'm no "fanboy". Or anything else. I've said it many times before, I don't agree with everything he says or does, but I consider him a friend and I defend those I consider a friend and will continue to. You never know who it is you're talkin **** about on the internet.

Just remember Matthew 25:40 where Jesus said "And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." I would keep that in mind, were I you.
 
I've watched a video or two of his and honestly just couldn't get into them. I don't know him, never dealt with him or met him, so I can't say anything on his character. I personally wouldn't take most people's word on YouTube as gospel for anything, but that doesn't mean I won't watch. I don't agree with bashing him because you disagree with something he's said or done. If he were beating people out of money that would be different, but I don't think returning what he said were faulty lifters makes him a bad person.

skip all the gravy and the jist of what I said is that he lied and he is wrong on some stuff that requires the understanding of engine and airflow dynamics and thats pretty important if you're going to give tech advice . He only recently 'once he had accumulated many follies by then' added saying the disclaimer to let him know if he leaves anything out and references the comments. I have people give me things who turned out to be total assholes. Sorry you guys were on hard times, id help if i were closer...but overall that story Paints a nice a picture but doesn't matter when you put this all in perspective....Like any TV SHOW...some people like it , some people don't ...some people watch it if there's nothing else on.

Move on. Everyone getting this hung up on some peoples opinion of a tv show is just worthless and silly.

I don't even watch the videos. His or anyone else's. I mean sure, I've seen bits and pieces, but it's entertainment. I couldn't care less about how somebody does something I already know how to do and have my own way of doing it. I just don't like all the trash talk. It's unnecessary.
