Soo... got the newest project in the shop. Took it from a different shop cause he's had it for five years and cant seem to finish it. The work that he did do is really good. Not perfect but I'll work on that.

That's Butch dragging it to my place. 390 in that old Ford. Runs good.
Butch is 75 years old and going strong.
 
My lot is 365’ X 600’ cut about 1/3 of it. Lots of tress to go around lots of string trimming to do. Don’t mind yard work as long as the flipping equipment works hate having to stop and fix that sucks.

Saw this on the news last night. Can you imagine?
A father is facing charges of impaired driving and child endangerment after his 12-year-old son was spotted driving a car while he was in the passenger seat, York Regional Police say.

In a video released on Twitter Friday morning, investigators overlay a 911 call about the incident with dashcam footage shot on May 1.

In it, a caller tells the operator that the car ahead of him almost caused two accidents, and that when he pulled up next to it, there was a boy driving the car.

"I go, 'How old are you?' and he goes, 'Uh, 12,'" the caller said, adding that he believed his father was drunk in the passenger seat.

"This was crazy. I've never seen this in my life," the caller said.

Video of the incident show police stopping the car and administering a roadside sobriety test before arresting the man.

"He may have saved lives," police said of the caller.

There was as so called snake pit the the back of one of the local service stations. I half a job there pumping gas. About twice a month the old man would come to the snake pit with a bottle and party it up with his pals. I was about 14 old man taught me how to drive on the backroads since I was old enough to see over the dash. Used to take 1/2 hr off work and drive old man home and walk back to work. My brothers in law were both hauling grain off the field when they were 12. I don’t say what that guy did was right but if he had prepared the kid better the out come would have been different.

Around here 12 year olds and some younger drive around and is normal but not legal.
But different here not much to run into and helping dad out in the fields.
 
Well today we finally got a good amount of rain.
Can't do yard work today so think I'll get my Scamp ready for the the car show in Minneapolis that is on the 4th 5th and 6th of June. Would be nice if the boarder was open gonna miss you guys up North.

Yes. The box is a step-side with new pieces. The cab has new rockers and lower cab corners replaced. Pretty typical repairs.
Notice the lack of drip rails and roof seams. The fuel neck is deleted too. I should have taken a picture of the chassis. All powdercoated with a small block crate engine. New brake lines, stainless steel exhaust etc. Everything is new.
