From a 67 Commando car with 87000 miles that I saved from a barn. Not perfect, but very nice driver quality. I haven’t polished them just a good cleaning, so I’m sure they would look even better with a good polish. Retaining rings are straight and rust free and they fit very tight to the wheel(14” wheels”).

Those call for the long body chrome lug nuts. Did the car have those? They are still available, but from only one source, and they are like $125/set.

No, and you don’t have to use them to use the wheel covers. There are aftermarket lug nuts that will work if you swap the LH lug nuts to RH.
 
I suppose those would work... they'd be a little short, especially if you have the 5.5" wheels. Factory are 2.25" long, those are 2".
