That's awesome! Ours got changed to the 4 speed but the guy kept the original 3 speed in the trunk of the car all these years. Ours special is currently having all the final body work done before it goes into paint hopefully with in the next month or so it will be that far in. If you have any interest we are selling the 4 speed transmission and the bell housing that was with our car when me and dad bought the car. hi I am restoring a 72 special from Pembina. it is also FY1 3 speed but will go back 4 speed when off the rotisserie rest. communicate with Dan who has the Pembina car and Cliff. I also purchased the 71 special from the guy in Cali last year. Now I have my first 70 swinger 340 plus the 71 and 72. love to communicate and send photos, etc
