All the parts to make it a running, driving car are there. Just add labor. The parts that come with the car are in the current pictures sans heater box and tail lights. Both are sitting in the garage. The cluster is universal and can be made to fit any dash you want fairly easily.

Body panels are physically in good shape. I cannot say with any certainty if the panels are all original.

Switched the brackets around. Still the same issue. Lines coming out of the back of the pump still hit the engine mount.

Hah, you're right. However I think it was done to better align the pulley. Correcting it will only move the pump out about an 1/8". I think the pump needs to be raised to fix this.
