So is it just the outer that connects to the rocker

Are the rocker panels the same as a Dart rocker

Are both the inner and outer wheelhouses connected to the rocker panel, 72 Scamp

The quarters are fine

The quarters appear to be ok

I have a 72 Scamp with rusted inner and outer wheelhouses. I'm assuming it would be quite an ordeal to replace those. If i got someone to minitub it would that do away with the wheelhouses and make the job alot easier?
