Does the push rod on a 1973 Duster adjust.my brakes seem to be sticking. I put a new booster on and master cylinder and prop valve. If so how do you do it?

I bought the booster last fall for this problem it was a rebuild can’t buy new. and got it rebuilt this spring they said they did find a broken part in it

Checked everything and it all looks new still
