In theory though, would a later intake manifold fit an early 273?

Looks like one of those Chinese air gaps. I haven't seen any markings on it.

Leaking oil. No Water

Hello, I just picked up a 1965 barracuda with a 273 commando in it. It leaks unbelievably bad from the front and the rear of the intake manifold. I heard that the 1965 273s have a little bit different heads than 66' and up. Could the leak be resultant of using a later aftermarket intake...

I literally just bought one last night. I paid $2,800.00 for it.

I have a friend with a 4bbl intake manifold for his Poly Head 318. We tried to bolt on a square bore carb, and a spread bore, but none of them bolted up. Any ideas on what type of carb goes on this thing?

Thanks 412. I've got the unit that replaces just the points. So I guess I should be ok. I've got two wires coming out of the dist. So according to the MSD website, I guess I hook it up just like if I had the Chrysler electronic ignition?

Does anyone know if you can install an MSD box if your using a pertronix ignition unit? If so, which wirring schematic should I use? Thanks for looking.
