thanks for the help The member i got it from said it was a 72 slant 6. I was led to belive i had everything to change the car to power steering. If some one has the bracket i need I will buy it thank you Harry

I got this pump from a member for a 64 Valiant slant 6 It has manual steering now. I dont have the car to check if pump will fit. I think i have a photo here. can somone tell me if i have all i need or is there another bracket. If i need more does anyone have one? Harry

If 8 3/4 is the size you need the 8 23/32 will be 1/32 smaller so it will fit tight. It will be OK Harry

I asked for the compleat wiper system on the old thread I have bought a motor and the under dash assembley. I dont know anything about the condission I want your parts if you have them --motor with arms --switch with plugs and wires going to motor --outside wiper armes Thankyou Harry

I have got the wiper motor and pivots from a 66 cuda. Now I need a variable speed switch and good outside wiper arms. Also I will need info on how to wire the switch to the motor Thanks Harry

I need the compleat wiper assambly. Motor, switch,pivots with arms and wiper arms with blades. I have a 64 Valiant with bad motor, sloppy piviots and the wiper arm springs ar rusted away. I want to replace the compleat system with 1965-66. Harry

Thay are 5/8 coarse. The thing is thay have a taperd shank under the head to lokat the K member. Hardware bolts will not work as well.

Thanks Dan I was hopeing you would see this post. Yes it is a 6. So steering box 62 to 72, use my pitman arm from manual box, I have a pump pully and brackets from 83 Dodge truck, hoses won't be a problem. If I shorten the coloum will the 64 manual cuppler fit? Harry

I was thinking this swap from standard to power steering on the early A would a popular topic. I have restored a 64 convertable for 2 ladies. After getting it on the road they would like to have power steering. I am hopeing to do it as reasnable as possable. Harry

Thanks for the info. I was thinking the newer Dart up to 72 will be easer to find, I am not sure if the pitman arm will fit. I can shorten the collum to fit and I have a pump from a newer slant six. Harry
