360 LA (Commando) motor-300hp version, what would be the best cam to use in this without head modification. Just cam/lifters/push rods and springs.

Thinking about getting a 68 dart. I have a photo and wondered if someone wiser than myself could tell me why the inside of the quarter panels (Inside trunk) Are textured to a point like it was taped off and then smooth after that. Is this an indication of repair??
