Well I ended up going with the 3" dynomax race bullets (the 12" ones). Simple 3" pipe into bullet then exits out the sides with 3" tips. Sounds much deeper than the 18" collector extentions and less harsh. Only loud when stepping on it otherwise its a good volume. I will try and upload a video...

Could just be worn to the point of needing adjustment or out of adjustment. I recently put a new clutch in(last summer) and just yesterday readjusted it because the pedal was hanging up about an inch shy of full return. Adjusted the bearing to clutch finger clearance and good as new. Mike
