Shouldda, Couldda, Wouldda is a tough rode to go down. I have the same feelings for a car I had many years ago and have to wonder why I made the choice I did back them. Hind site is 20/20. Hope one day it will show up for you. Ron

    I have a problem...

Welcome aboard. Although there is no real cure for your infliction, it's always nice to know that you have come to the right place to get help (I call it medication). Looks like some nice rides. I'll be interested to see how the projects go. Enjoy your time here. Ron

    Edelbrock 1405

Remove the mixture adjustment screw that you can screw all the way in without any idle RPM change. Take your air hose and blow some compressed air through the passage in the carb. Replace the screw and see if that helps. Many times as mentioned by Rob, things get blocked up inside. Ron

    Body filler on valve covers

If you're unsure, find yourself some "all metal" filler. Good stuff. I've used it around door handles that have had rust through around them and it holds up. Ron

The knowledge base here and other sites I go to are remarkable. I'm a new transplant from Chicago where I still have many contacts with the hobby. I...

    Vin plate decoding help

This is a popular thing to all new Mopar people. It's always good to know about the car you just bought. Does anyone have a site they can post that will give these answers? Especially the letters under the numbers on the top. Sometimes I need the answers and may not be able to get back to this...

I'm new to the A - Boy's only site but far from new to the Old Car Hobby. I'm impressed with the knowledge that is in this site and plan on learning more. I'm not a big poster but will help out with things that may need it. I find many times that by the time I get to the thread it has some...
