I believe I have what I’m doing figured out. I’ll be getting fbo module and coil. Then I’ll either buy the plate and spring kit to setup my distributor or buy the kit with a new Pertronix distributor.
Does anyone know if it better to get that Pertronix distributor or stay with the mopar and...
Correct that’s why if I buy from fbo or from dui I plan to get the kit with a distributor and they dial them in. Just back and forth between these kits.
Not going for sale. It’s going up on a stand. For possible future use. I bought this car just to replace everything in it for better performance and handling but keep the classic original look. All original clean car.
Some people just won’t understand improving things. Saying what you have will be enough or better than I need. That’s just crazy to me, there is always something else out there that you can improve with. That’s like saying my 318 that has no issues and runs great with only 37k on it is good...

Yes I thought about the HiRev 7500 with an inferno coil and larger gap.
If I went HEI it would be all new good components hopefully USA MADE too. I know it would be more money too.
I read many things on here and other forums but still trying to decide and seem a lot of info is 10 plus years old so looking for some help. I’m put my car together and now that the engine is built it actually has more compression and power than expected. 10.6:1 compression. I have decided to...
I have a 73 scamp 318. Previous owner put on a Holley 600 carb and just left the charcoal canister lines off. All that is Hooke up is the line coming from the tank. Where would I hook up my line from the canister since the Holley carb doesn’t have the bowl vent? I imagine I only need to hook up...
