put a socket and breaker bar on the balancer bolt . see if it turns by hand,if it does might be starter, battery, etc.

I,m going to go with torque thrust 2 in 17x6 and 17x7.The ones on my car are 14x6 crager ss and will be for sale soon. i'm changing to big lug pattern.wheels and tires with 1500 miles, lug nuts,and center caps $500.00
