Chrysler part number for pre-heater hose is 3577808 which supersedes to 4039020. Both numbers show Dorman 96034 as an interchange. Dorman 96034 can be found on eBay and Rockauto. The Dorman number can also be ordered at most auto part stores.

Two seals were used between 1965 and 1976 on 904 transmissions. Timken 8935s from 65 to 72 Timken 2506 from 72 to 76 1972 could have either one depending on the PK number. Since transmission could have been changed over the years, it would help to have the PK number stamped on the pan rail.

As was stated earlier, all housings are the same from 78 back. 1970 - 340 housing is correct. Chrysler #3698565 or Four Seasons #84830.

Chrysler used two different size thermostat housings for V-8 engines , also called water outlet connectors. The larger size was used thru 1978. The smaller size was used from 1979 and later. 3698565 - 1978 and earlier 4100490 - 1979 and later Examples can be found on eBay Part number search on...

There were no PK 45----- numbers used on Magnum's or Cordoba's. Date code is from 0251. PK 45----- numbers didn't exist until the very late 1980's.

Date code is August 21 1989. Used in trucks and vans from 1990 until 3 - 15 - 91. A999 transmission with low stall converter.
