wheel bolt pattern 67 coronet wagon

December 31, ‘75.
On Jan 1 ‘76 the federal mandate for front disks kicked in, and they were all 5x4.5”.

Also, power brakes wasn’t the determining factor. All V8 A-bodies starting in model year ‘73 had disks regardless of whether they were power brakes or not, and starting in '73 all the disks were BBP. /6 cars with no options were standard drums, so, SBP. But if they got an option that triggered disk brakes, they were then BBP.

My '74 Duster was a /6 with factory manual disks, BBP. It was one of the only options it had, but it came with them as a factory option.

Yes. But it had to be /6 car with standard drum brakes. If you got your /6 with a sure grip, or 3.55 gears, that triggered front disk brakes. Same for the optional towing package, you could get a /6 with a towing package, but it would have disk brakes!
