    WANTED: Packard 56 male connectors

No problem, you may be able to trim the wings a little to fit the 18 gage? I agree with doubling the wire, just make sure the terminal will fit into whatever housing it goes into.

    Overheating on run stand

Hi J, yeah timing/reversed fan blades and Ridgid fan rectified the issue. Clattery due to adjustable rockers. I've already dropped oil/filter and no signs of bad stuff. Pull the vc's tomorrow for a look see.

...time) and putting fan blade on the proper way. With blades on proper way it actually pulled the rad close to the fan. I heard it tick the shroud just above idle. Shut it down and shimmed the cradle to stop it flexing and getting sucked into fan at higher rpm. **edit** timing too or lack of lol

Cool! With my 69 when I bought it, the UVIP went back to about the same era, 80's. I'm surprised they could get out of province data.

    Restart the rebuild

Thanks Troy, I filled block 1st thru the hose connecting 2 nipples on engine, then topped up rad. I'm pretty sure it was a combination of things. The shitty pedestal fan being the major contributor. Engine fan was on backwards also but was in car same way for years. TTI eta is Friday!

    Overheating on run stand

I agree Rob, but the curious thing is it appears I mounted it backwards a few years back in the cuda and wasn't running noticeably warmer?? Thanks PB, let's hope so lol.

    Overheating on run stand

Well a little humble pie is in order here folks lol, @69FBCuda sent me a pm mentioning that he thinks fan is on backwards. I was a little skeptical as I looked at pics and it would appear the cw rotation would still pull air thru the rad. BUT if you look at prev pics above, you can see the...

1967 dodge dart 340 engine headers

Thanks, sorry I missed what your intentions were with your motor. I thought you were going stockish. Definitely go the header route. From what I've read Dougs/TTI may be the best route. Good luck with your build!

1967 dodge dart 340 engine headers

No sweat, those manifolds are pricey. Usually around $500 range, and we're used from 68-71 340's I believe. 72/3 also had them but they were different numbers. In my opinion less headache with manifolds vs headers. I'm doing same thing, 340 into our 67 cuda. Here's some glamours shots Good luck.
