    Well....The roll bar requires a big hole. slice it and adjust to the size you need. Cutting a round hole is hard with a knife

    ^ That helps a lot! It sounds like melted or chaffed (bared) wires from the engine harness bulkhead on the inside of the car. Look at the wires where the bulkhead connector enters the interior through the firewall. If you have an ammeter also make sure the connections are good there and it's...

    I always make the cuts longer than really needed. Sucks when you make one short there is no going back! Brand new mat knife blades are a must for me.
