That's a very valid point and one that I'd say maybe find a decent deal on a regular Edelbrock performer. I just gave one to a friend's father in law, although it was for a small block Chevy, so deals are out there, I'm sure.

If memory serves me right, that's not the bolt with the hole in it. Looking from the front of the engine, I believe it's the upper left bolt that has the hole.

stoney79, I don't know. The Cold Case website just says small block. Best to measure your radiator core support to find out. Dimensions are on their website. If you're not worried about making some extra holes and finding some brackets to mount it, it could work. Or just order a smaller 22"...
