273 mix matched head

I picked up a 63 Valiant ex drag car parts car. I working ongetting ready for parting out. It has a 273, 70 A body 8.75. As I was taking it apart i saw it has a 315 driver side head casting and a 920 on the pass. I understand these head number don't work together due to the intake bolt angles. Guessing they could be machined to work together?
Not new to Mopars, but my first 273. Thanks for any info

Let me look up the head numbers.
 
LD4B intake is a bonus unless it has been hacked with mismatched heads.
 
Yes, the #315 head is a 64-65 head. look closely at the intake. It was probably modified.
 
Will try to measure the intake and see what is altered. The car has a few "creative " modifications., so would seem on par.
 
Some manifolds are designed to be used on both early and late 273 heads, perhaps that is how it is put together?

No! No early manifolds were dual bolt pattern. LA and Magnum yes.
 
He? Well, She... gave me the disappearing act after I asked for a Bill-of-sale at least. And wanted Me to clean all of her stuff out of it and give it back. Lol
Then she said she was out-of-town and wanted me to slide the money under a door before I took the car.
I didn't want to end up in jail over it...

The title owner is a guy..(ex?) But she was involved. Her and friends cleaned the car out.
 
My point. No manifolds were dual pattern except the late model LA/ Magnum I takes
My bad, I thought I saw it somewhere.

Maybe it was someone modified an early to accept the later by enlarging the bolt holes And using a tapered washer?

Yes, some have done that. Call it hot rodding or a hack. It's up to you.
