Do you insure packages for full value when you ship?

Most of times glass shops fill drain holes with sealant which can prevent draining.

In this case insurance would not have helped cause any shipper would say insufficient packaging and shipper would not be liable. Given the flimsy box it would take a miracle for it to arrive undamaged. Fedex, UPS, USPS none would cover that damage even if fully insured, none of them. So...

Had to use compound to get over spray off of paint. A lot of dirt grime came off paint too. Steel wool to get over spray off bumpers. Can't tell it went through floor replacement now. Plan to drive it an hour away for large local show today. I think its all good mechanically.

On my '69 gas pedal bolts to firewall and I cut carpet to go under the gas pedal bracket. But carpet is under the gas pedal lever. Not sure what is factory correct etc just needed to get carpet to fit.

My K Frame to Frame Rail bolts have a big taper which locates the K Frame with zero tolerance. So it always sits in one location no way for it to be off. All I have to do is get bolts started in frame rails and once they run up the taper by bolt head precisely locates K Frame on Frame Rails...

If head light wiring old worn out Year One sells new M&H wire harnesses which are identical to the originals. Just unplug old harness at firewall and plug new harness in.
