Pretty much the approach hughes took on there "bigmouth" porting on the edelbrock head. Just murdered the short turn, looks like there approach was "volume at any cost."

You’re going to have to cough up some details about the intended use and car(gears, converter, exhaust, type of car, etc). The engine isn’t a standalone piece. A plow truck doesn’t get the same recipe as a dragster.
